If you are not completely satisfied with a Glamonite purchase or gift for any reason, Glamonite welcomes you to exchange new resalable products for an exchange if returned within 30 days of purchase.  Any paid shipping costs are non-refundable.  Please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for Glamonite purchases.

  • All our rings are made to order, which means they are created just for you, we gladly accept exchanges only. 
  • Personalized orders or engraved pieces are final sale and not eligible for exchange. 

 Logo  Easy Refunds Process

All our refunds are processed at our Canadian warehouse and through our returns portal here. 

1) Please check to see if your order is eligible for return at our returns portal.  Unfortunately if you are unable to process a return through our portal it means your order is ineligible for return.  Orders are eligible for return from 30 days of purchase date.  Unfortunately if 30 days past since your order date we will be unable to issue you a refund under any condition.

2) Once your order has been approved for refund you will receive personalized return instructions.  Securely pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your return request which should include your #RMA. 

3) Go to your the courier of your choice to ship your return package to our Canadian Warehouse.  Any orders shipped to our United States office will not be processed or returned.  We recommend you ship your package with tracking & insurance, so that you can trace it's progress.  Shipping cost incurred during the refund process are non refundable and are the responsibility of the buyer.

4) Once we have received your return package please allow up to 14 days for inspection of goods.  We reserve the right to reject any use items in non resaleable condition.  If you refund is rejected the item may not be returned to you.  When you return has been issued you will be contacted by email.  Please contact our client service team here if your refund has not been processed within 14 days.     

 Logo  Cancellations

Once an order is placed no cancellations or changes can be made to orders.  To ensure customers' receive their orders in timely matter, as soon as payment is accepted and orders are confirmed, orders are immediately processed for production and shipment.  Your order request is sent to our skilled artisans where your ring will be immediately crafted. 

 Logo  Orders not Delivered

The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address and phone number.  We will not issue refunds when the customer has provided an incomplete or incorrect address.  Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct before submitting your order.  

  • Any orders which have been failed to pickup at the post office and returned to sender will be not be issued a refund or reshipment. 
  • Any orders which are not picked up at the post office and consequentially returned to sender will not be issued a refund or reshipment. 

 Logo  Stale Returns

Products must be returned in pristine, unused condition. Glamonite closely monitors returns to ensure fair usage. In cases where we identify what we believe to be an unusually high or potentially fraudulent pattern of returns from a customer, we may notify the customer that we can no longer accept returns from them.

We retain the discretion to decline any return or exchange request. All returns are contingent upon Glamonite's validation and approval. If, for any reason, Glamonite does not approve a return, the item may not be returned to the customer.

Delivery times are approximate.  Saturday, Sundays and Holidays are not considered business days. 

Orders received at our fulfillment center will ship within 1-7 business days. 

Please note at this time we do not offer shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO boxes, due to postal carrier restrictions.  

For orders having a high dollar value over a certain threshold we may require signature upon delivery. 

For Hawaii, Alaska, Guam please allow additional time for delivery to these destinations. 

For free standard shipping valid on orders of $200 or more in the U.S. & Canada, please note minimum purchase amounts do not include taxes or gift wrapping charges. See table above for shipping details.

All merchandise ordered can be shipped to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Guam and to APO/FPO boxes. Please note we also do offer international shipping. We also ship merchandise ordered to all Canadian provinces and territories.

You can track your order at any time online via our Order Status page. You will need to log into your account to track your order. You also can track your order by clicking on the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email.

 

Logo Processing Times & Shipping Dates

All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders will be processed within 1 - 10 business days. Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on the following holidays: New Year's Day Martin Luther King Jr. Day President's Day Memorial Day 4th of July Labor Day Thanksgiving Christmas

 

Logo Some Items May Ship Separately 

All US and international orders are shipped from our US distribution centers and all Canadian orders are shipped from our Canadian distribution centers. You will receive notification via email if your order is being split into multiple shipments. There is no additional shipping fee when your order is split into multiple shipments. Alternately, we may combine multiple orders into one shipment. Also due to varying item availability, multiple items in a single order may be shipped separately. If you have chosen an expedited shipping method, each individual shipment may have a separate charge, but the total shipping charges for all shipments should not exceed the applicable flat-rate shipping charge for the entire order. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and can be tracked on the Order Status page under the same order number.

Logo Shipping Addresses

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct address when checking out on our website. Once a package has been shipped out we will be unable to change or update a shipping address. If there is any issues with the shipping address on your order please contact our customer service team here as quickly as possible.

 

Logo Item Availability Out of Stock 

In most cases, when an item displayed on our website is no longer available, either the item will not appear on the site at all, or a message indicating the item is “Out of Stock” will appear on the product detail page. In some cases, however, due to inventory fluctuation, items that appear to be available when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible that your order cannot be fulfilled. That item will be cancelled, and you will not be charged for that item.

 

Logo Short Shipment 

A “short shipment” occurs when we ship to you fewer items than the items for which you initially were able to place an order. For example, we may ship to you only two of a certain item even though you placed an order for three. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible if we will be able to ship the remaining items later, or if we will have to cancel them.

 

Logo Pre-Ordering

You may be able to “pre-order” some items that are not yet available for immediate delivery. The “Pre-Order” message will appear on the product detail pages. A credit card is required for pre-ordered items, and your credit card will be charged when you pre-order items. Your pre-order items will ship once they have come back in stock.

 

Logo Customs & Duties

International orders (outside of United States / Canada) may be subject to custom and duty fees, please consult your local import regulatory body for applicable fees. These fees are not paid to Glamonite or set by Glamonite. These charges vary depending on your location and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you are unsure about this, we recommend contacting your local customs office so you're not faced with any unexpected fees.
